Based in New York, Axbility Consulting deploys strategic management consulting assignments for large US or European companies with transformation projects to improve operational efficiency or digitize their processes.

Our consultants are involved in project mode, in North America and Europe, on strategic missions :

  • Transformation of organizations & Improvement of operational efficiency of business processes (organizational diagnosis, shared service centers, process re-engineering, … ),

Work & Assignments :

To sustain the continuous growth of our procurement practice in North America, we are launching an ambitious recruitment plan. We are looking for consultants in procurement performance and digital transformation.

The procurement practice of Axbility Consulting is one of the leading team of the market with 40 high-level experts dedicated to the maturity, the agility and the performance of the Procurement department :

  • Develop the agility of procurement organizations in connection with Category Management,
  • Improve the operational efficiency of processes by focusing on collaborative approaches,
  • Professionalize the Procurement function by improving the knowledge of expenses and the assessment of Purchasing performance,
  • Align the IS with the Procurement Strategy by exploiting the opportunities offered by new technologies and digital transformation.

You will also be involved in our procurement practice to contribute to the success of our « 2020 ambition » plan. Taking the lead on commercial offers and nurturing our relationships with the main software providers of the marketplace (Ariba, Coupa, Determine, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Sievo, Synertrade, Tradeshift, Zycus, … )

Skills :

  • Master in management (business school, university, … )
  • From 2 to 6 years of experience
  • A successful experience in management consulting or within a Procurement Department
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sense of teamwork
  • Proven capability of working within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to approach large corporate clients and complex organizations
  • Know how to create the relationship with demanding interlocutors
  • Commitment, rigor and autonomy
  • Creative with excellent intellectual acuity and concerned about the quality of your deliverables
  • Mobile in the USA and worldwide
  • Fluent English required (verbal & written)
